Too

Too [tu:] goes before an adjective or adverb. It always has a negative implication. It means something is excessive.

It's too hot.

She drives too fast.

This bag is too heavy.

We can add to + infinitive to indicate that an action cannot be done due to an excess of something:

It's too cold to go outside.

He's too young to drive.

Enough

Enough [ɪ'nʌf] goes after an adjective or adverb, but before a noun.

She is old enough to drive.

He doesn't run fast enough.

We have enough time.

There aren't enough chairs.

So

So [soʊ] goes before an adjective or adverb. It adds emphasis.

She is so smart!

He speaks so quickly!

Such

Such [sʌtʃ] goes before a noun (with or without an adjective). When the noun is singular and countable, we add a/an.

It's such a beautiful day!

She's such a good teacher!

They are such nice people!

These are such beautiful flowers!

So/such + that

Both so and such can be followed by that to express a result:

It was so cold that we stayed home.

It was such a long movie that I fell asleep.

Elena: I went shopping yesterday. I found such a nice jacket!

Pablo: Was it expensive?

E: It was on sale, so it wasn't too bad. The original [ə'rɪdʒɪnəl] price was $200, but I got a 50% discount. It was such a good deal that I couldn't say no.
