Ana: Yes! It was designed by a famous architect ['ɑrkɪtɛkt]. The building is beautiful.
R: Have you been there yet?
A: No, but I was invited to the opening ['oʊpənɪŋ] next week. The museum was built in just two years. It is said that the art collection is one of the best in the country.
R: I heard the project was funded [fʌndɪd] by a private ['praɪvɪt] company.
A: That's right. And the old building that was there before was demolished [dɪ'mɑlɪʃt] five years ago. The land [lænd] was bought by the company in 2018.
R: Will tours [tʊrz] be offered?
A: Yes, free tours will be given every Saturday.
Cramming works for tomorrow's test but not for long-term retention. Spreading your study sessions out over days and weeks is far more effective than covering everything in one sitting.
