headache ['hɛdeɪk]
stomachache ['stʌməkeɪk]
backache ['bækeɪk]
fever ['fi:vər] - a body temperature higher than normal
cough [kɔf] - force air noisily from your lungs when you are sick (noun and verb)
cold [koʊld] - a common minor illness that makes you sneeze and cough (catch a cold)
flu [flu:] - influenza; an illness like a bad cold, with fever
medicine ['mɛdɪsɪn]
pill [pɪl] - a small round piece of medicine that you swallow
prescription [prɪ'skrɪpʃən] - a doctor's written order for medicine
appointment [ə'pɔɪntmənt] - an arranged time to see someone, e.g. a doctor
sick [sɪk]
healthy ['hɛlθi]
pain [peɪn]
hurt [hɜrt] - cause pain; feel pain (my leg hurts)
heal [hi:l] - become healthy again; make healthy
patient ['peɪʃənt]
symptom ['sɪmptəm]
The suffix -ache [eɪk] means pain. We use it for common body pains: headache, stomachache, backache, toothache ['tu:θeɪk].

Cramming works for tomorrow's test but not for long-term retention. Spreading your study sessions out over days and weeks is far more effective than covering everything in one sitting.
